			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most of us intend to get flat belly. So that we can look good when we wearing fit shirt instead of people can see our pot belly when we wearing it. Many of us especially men will face problem with their belly. What I meant is pot belly. Well it is typical. We can’t avoid from this problem but we can prevent this problem from occur. So stop complaining “why my belly is getting big” and bla bla. Do you think jog can make your stomach flat? Well it is not really effective. Jog will lead to difficulty in holding your stomach in as you run. This actually serves to weaken the stomach muscles which, in turn, cause the stomach to distend. Now I will help you to resolve your problem by providing you tips that can prevent you from pot belly or make your belly flat like before. The tips are:</p>
<p><strong>Beer belly</strong></p>
<p>Do you know that if you drink beer all the times it will make your pot belly exuberate? So I would suggest you restrict your alcoholic drink. Drink plain water instead to burn your fat as i said in last article.</p>
<p><strong>Stop eating at 7 P.M</strong></p>
<p>Do you know that by eating at late night is actually lead you to pot belly because when your stomach is full and you straight away go to bed, you actually let your stomach muscle relaxed and no digestion occur all night long. Why can’t I at late night? It is because when you eat at late night the sugar level will get high in the blood because no energy is spent afterward. If you still want to eat at light night, yeah, sure. But then you need to do any activities afterward or do any exercises. Imagine while people is sleeping and you doing exercise at light night. Isn’t it damn strange?</p>
<p><strong>Do you like junk food? It is killing you!</strong></p>
<p>I know junk food is tasted good. But don’t you know that it is killing you? Junk food contains high level of sugar remember? I don’t mean that you can’t eat junk food anymore, you just need to reduce taking it.</p>

Reduce your fat<br />
Be cleared that fat can’t turn into muscle. So regardless if you do abdominal work out every day but you fats are not yet burn, trust me all your effort all this while are not going to work. To get six-packs abs, our top enemy is fats.<br />
Full body exercises<br />
Rather than do hundreds of crunches, why don’t you do full body exercise? For instance do sit ups. It will burn your fats, obviously. As I said earlier, fats are our top enemy. So get them off from our stomach in order to get six-packs. Other then do sit ups, try to spend a little time of yours to jog.<br />
Start to work on abs<br />
After your fats reduce, you can start to work on abs. It is important to work on the muscles in the abs. I provide you with a number of exercises that you can implement even when you are at home. The exercises are:</p>

<p><strong>Take lots of water</strong></p>
<p>I would like to recommend you to take at least 9 glasses of plain water every day. It will keep your fat burning.</p>

Well, all of us intend to have six-packs abs and flat tummy. None of us like the pot-belly. So without wasting any more times, I provide you a few ways to make your dream come true &#8211; you are a few steps closer to make your tummy flat and get the six-packs abs!!!</p>
<p>First thing first, check your diet. Is your meals balance? It is not necessary you can’t take your favorite foods anymore. Make a little bit of change when you take your favorite foods. Why don’t you try to reduce from taking it? If you took 3 slices of pizza before, why don’t you make it only a slice of pizza? And if you took two slices of cheese cake before, why don’t you make it only a slice of it? You still can taste it like before. Just that you are not going to taste it as much as you did before.</p>
<p>Start to take more “goods fats”. For example, nuts, walnuts, almonds, olive oil and omega-3 are also help to reduce fats. You also need to eat more vegetables and fruits. Apart from losing your fats, they are also help to maintain your good healthy.</p>
<p>Drink eight glasses of plain water every day. It will help you to feel “less hungry”. So you won’t feel like to eat when you feel “less hungry”. At the same time, your stomach will free from fats at the moment.</p>

I will tell you a few exercises that you can do to make your stomach flat like before. And to those who are not yet having this kind of problem and want to prevent from it, you can check out my article about how to prevent from pot belly. These are the exercises you can do at least four times a week:</p>
<p><strong>Basic Crunches</strong></p>
<p>I am sure you are familiar with tummy crunch. This is effective and common type abs exercise. Take note – exhale when you lying down and inhale when you lifting up. It is more effective. Make sure your head is at the same level with your neck when you lifting up. And I would recommend you to place your hand on your chest rather than place it under your head because it tends you to cheat when you getting tired by rising up your head with your hand.</p>
